The Australian Music downloading scene

    I loved this article which is why I posted it! I spotted it earlier today

    My theory is that Apple has decided to let the competition knock themselves out and each other out first then Apple will release iTMS into the market place and show everybody how to really do a music store online.....


    Well that is my theory anyway based on every thing I have read online and all the thousands of comments and opions I have seen on Mac bytes, Mac rumors, Macnn, Mac Observer etc over the last few months... and its only a theory.

    I tend to agree there although Bigponds idea of billing on the phone bill is actualy really quite good.

    For those of us who dont have credit cards the on the bill thing is really good

    what? Aussie music downloading scene? what scene?

    as far as i'm concerned, everything will suck until iTMS comes over to the land of Oz!! :D

    Yeah I know what you mean there, plus they give you further discounts. Just like how you get a big discount if you get your phone, internet and TV all together.

    That is what I liked about the article. In effect the so called competition were actually admitting that Apple was going to be the only ones to succeed and get the concept right with music downloads.
