How about a laptop that is drop proof from 25' (7.62 meters) onto hard concrete, water proof to 100' (30.48 meters) below water, and have a screen that cannot be scratched in a 100 mph (160.934 kmh) sand storm - can it be done?

And it looks like an average PC laptop! ( Except maybe for the paint, most PC laptops don't get that high a quality of finish
)
