Mannufactures make their cases according to the specs sent to them by Apple. More than one manufacture had cases for the iPod Touch with a hole for the camera. I doubt if manufactures send a product to production from a rumor, they had facts to back up the manufacturing of those iPod Touch with camera cases. My question is, should Apple have to reimburse them for cases they made according to information they received from Apple? Unless manufactures get their information from some one other than Apple, Apple is at fault here and possibly may have to pay for the production cost of those cases. What you think?
