Thought I'd start a new thread now that it's working. Thanks for the help Lixivial. :)

Download the Forum Spy widget here:

BTW, if the mods have any issues with the use of the javascript let me know and I'll take it down. I figured it wasn't hurting anybody.

Excellent...*adds to dashboard*! How much RAM does it use (Activity Moniter is refusing to open after install loads of SF)?

Now that you mention it... hmmm. I hadn't noticed because the time I see on Macrumors posts has always been four hours ahead. I'll look into it.

Can we get rid of these?

I would if I knew how. Honestly, it was a struggle to manipulate to begin with. :)

Feel free to dig around in the package contents. I'd love to figure that out.

Won't Leopard make these kinds of things cake to make? Is that what that Dashboard button in Safari will do?

Hopefully, but I'm not sure about that. I haven't used Leopard so I don't know, but I think a lot of things would be hard to pull off with that feature. Can you 'clip' an area that you need/want to scroll, like the Forum Spy? I think it will be good for some things, but not all.

Ok I had to shut off the Forum Spy Widget after having a slow down and pinpointing it to the forum widget sucking 120MB of memory and slowing my system to a crawl. Im not sure if this can be fixed but does it need to be pulling that much memory.
