    Screen Resolutions

I could not agree more! I would love to upgrade from my 14 iBook, but I can't see purchasing a PB15 with that low of a resolution. My 15" Dell D600 has a standard resolution of 1400x1050, and the screen is very sharp. I'm a power user, and I want screen realestate.

If you look at the iBook like, isn't 1024x768 just a bit small?

Couldn't agree more with the article and the resolution issue of PowerBooks.

I also have a Sony Vaio laptop with a screen resolution of 1400 x 1240 on a 15"er. Absolutely amazing resolution and it is NOT too small. I've even had my 81 year old grandfather reading an article off it there are no problems.

Apple really need to increase the resolution on their screens because at the moment their reputation tells us they use high quality parts. Screen resolutions of 1240 x 8xx are not really great! Please Apple read this article!

yeah, a higher res would be nice. but i dont' know if i'm convinced about that yet. i've been using PowerBooks for about 2 years now and i haven't found it a problem, but then again i haven't had anything to compare it to. :p

and has it been two years since Apple upgraded the PB resloution from 1152x864? wow, seems like just yesterday.
