Theatre ends play in Sikh protest

    Link. This is huge news in Britain right now.
    The Mob rules OK.
    Instead of knee-jerk backlash against Sikhs, though, there seems to be geniune concern for freedom of speech, and extension of legislation for its protection. Quite heartening, actually.

    Interesting perspective here. I wonder what the reaction and the reaction to that reaction would be if it were Christian rather than Sikh.

    Not picking a fight - just trying to promote thought. It's too bad when 'Christianity' is mentioned, all sorts of folks get ready for a fight.

    I think we already know. Some Christians in this country are prepared to go to war over store clerks saying "happy holidays" instead of "merry Christmas."

    People can be such a**'s. It's too bad they use religion as motivation and/or shield.

    Look, I understand the frustration when there are instances of schools, or towns, or stores going overboard in being too careful and not allowing a Christmas tree.

    But this
