Why do so many people find their analysis to be more relevant than what the MSM is presenting?

Why are so many people motivated by what Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity choose to present as being important issues?

Why is the MSM failing so badly?

On the one hand, we have a show that deals with relevant topics in a humorous, and liberal, way.

On the other hand, we have Fox News. Darlings of the right.

In the middle, we have the MSM media, which is apparently irrelevant.

Obviously the people are in charge.

    We're a polarized nation. Why?

    Bill O'Reilly - he's sooooo dreamy. NOT!

And here I was thinking Christmas was a day for folks to get together and be nice to each other. Bad rabbit, no Trix.

I celebrate Yule.. this isn't anti-christian. I am an agnostic, with a strong interest in Paganism, and so Yule is what I celebrate. So yeah, I loved the clip. It is OKAY to make light of things, and to make fun of things. Bill just like bitching about things.

Nooooo you have it all wrong. Christmas is a day to beat people of other faiths (or no faith) over the head with if they don't all follow along in lockstep.

Remember, employers are free to allow to decide that their employees don't have to dispense 'morning after' pills -- but they MUST toe the line on what they call Dec. 25th or they'll be accused of religious bias.

Makes sense doesn't it? Say yes or I'll get my Christmas stick...

"Osama's HomoBortion Pot & Commie Jizporium"

Absolutely hilarious. Yeah, this whole thing is pretty stupid. Merry Christmas, Kwanzaa, Chanuka, Yule, and a very Happy New Year to all!

I've been saying Merry Christmas to everyone I meet at work, and no one has complained. It's another non-issue drummed up by the media to further convince us that their fictional bitter political divide actually does exist.:)

My feelings as well. Complete and total tempest in a teacup. Have a Happy Solstice, and by all means enjoy the time of year when the days start to get longer again... finally!

No one has a problem with Merry Christmas. Some people are having a problem with Happy Holidays. If you don't, I say cheers to you. Oh, and Happy Hanukkah. ;) People seem to forget that freedom means getting to say Happy Holidays, but having to hear Merry Christmas. Or the other way around. Whichever.

Yeah, actually both sides are doing this. One side to make the Religious Right look foolish (even though we all know all Christians aren't this bad), the other side claiming that Christmas is under attack. I've gotten e-mail forwards from friends and family on both sides.

Now O'Reily is claiming he never said this stuff by quoting something else he said. Poor guy. Everyone always attacking such an upstanding Christian. Falafel BTW.

"then I would take the other hand with the falafel thing and I'd put it on your ***** but you'd have to do it really light, just kind of a tease business"

Oh, Bill, you smooth talking stud!

That was really funny, I saw it on TV the night it was on, Thursday I think, and it cracked me up. I'm glad someone posted it.

It's a very clever show. Us 'liberal secular fags'
