    Hi everyone,

What do you all suggest I do to make sure my Macbook is up to snuff? I am a new mac user, and I dont know what I should exactly do.

Are there any stress tests? Is that even recommended?

I wouldn't bother. Apple gives you the standard one year warranty and if it buggers up in that time, then send it back.

Agreed. Using it for your standard day-to-day tasks will be good enough. You have a whole year to find any deficiencies with it...if they're there, you'll find them.
