Thunderbird and OS X Address Book

I was an entourage user for mail and address book features. Entourage syncs its address book with the OS X addy book......is there a way to get TBird to do that?

Doesn't appear to be a way - how about writing an extension for TB?

The Mozilla folks are working on that, I stumbled across the bug for it on Bugzilla awhile back.

Appears they had a dmg released but i installed it and no change

Oh well will keep my eye on that

Looks as though it's not finished but will be good.

I looked at the structure of the address book and without grabbing the Thunderbird source code, it would take a lot of time to work out and they'd be done with it by then.
