tiger developer

    i joined the apple student developer program and recieved a copy of tiger with it, but as i already have 2 tiger discs, what can i do with this? i dont think i can sell it right? i havent opened it yet, or installed it or anything, so basically there is nothing i can do with it?

    Ebay it? By the way what benefits do you get from being one?

    am i allowed to sell it? i thought i wasnt

    i get a big discount on hardware purchase and software updates or something i think?

    You are right that you get a one time 20% or 10% discount on a computer (either pro or consumer, respectively). I'm probably not the right person to ask but if you sell that one and you have 2 other copies who's really going to know? I guess it is a morality thing...

    well is it a diff version? on my other tiger discs it says xcode 2 on it

    on this one it just says tiger 10.4.3, and no xcode

    Oh it is just the disks? I know Xcode is on its own separate cd right?

    my original tiger disc said "tiger 10.4" on it, and the under it said Xcode 2

    on the developer one, it doesnt say xcode 2, just tiger 10.4.3

    I wonder if that is more a product in the fact that the newer ones they didn't write that on the media or included it separately.
