Didn't someone just make a thread almost exactly like this one?

Plus, Apple would never make a laptop that ran at -450 degrees F. Apparently, they favor 80C (their thermal pasting) laptops over 60C (correct thermal pasting) ones ;)

Well it a break through but (if i read it all right) they had to use an element that was at absolute zero to cool the chip? If thats so, well then don't expect it to reach into a desktop for a LONG TIME

Well for now, as room temp they get 350 billion calculations per second. Which is a lot more then the current 1billionish per sec, but not quite as big as the headline makes it out to be:) \

What happened to the Mhz myth ?;)

Oooh, forget the electricity costs. It probably costs around $30 per hour just for the liquid helium.
