To all powerbook g4 owners: What's your fastest boot up?

    What is YOUR fastest boot up? Please tell me your specs so we can compare I guess.

    The first time I got it early april (I got it second hand) it must of booted in about 40-45 secs, now i've got some more stuff on the hd, it's more 55 secs to a minute.

    MY SPECS:
    1ghz g4
    167mhz front side bus
    512mb (333mhz) ram
    original 60gb HDD 5400rpm about 37GB free

    FSB: 133MHz
    RAM: 512MB PC133
    OS: 10.4.11
    HDD: 24GB free/60GB total
    Boot: 50-60 secs.

    awesome, i'm hoping to get an ssd or 2gb ram by the end of the year

    Mine like takes 10 to 20 minutes. No joke. I should figure out whats going on!!!

    Hahah I suggest you repair your disk (off of a Tiger or Leopard boot disk) and repair the permissions!

    ouch, that reminds me of my grandad's old dell laptop, the screen would come on in about a minute, but would lag if not let alone to boot up properly for like 10-15 mins
