Toast 7 max dvd length?

Does anyone know how much you can realistically shove on a single layer DVD through Toast 7?

I need to burn a few programs off from EyeTv recordings, but I want to know roughly how many minutes I can fit on a dvd-5.

I'm not really wanting to use that half resolution thingy (dvd equivalent of long play) as it can look a bit rubbish.
