Age of empires, warcraft, Jedi Knight 2, Quake 3, etc etc etc don't all have to be run at lowest quality. The iBook is more than enough to Power them... these games are ages old remember!

True, the only problem with it is that it is too easy with the big clubs and as soon as you have worked out all the good buys it is easy. Also it is far far to easy with the mighty Hull City :D

Ghost Recon - best game ever. (incredible replay value)
Call of Duty- second best game ever. (intense!)
Rainbow Six III- third best game ever (Hard with a capital H)
Splinter Cell- wicked fresh (beautiful graphics)
Halo- wicked fun (Gone through it like 3 times and it's still fun)

I've never played the Medal of Honor series which can probably be inserted into that list easily.
Also I'd like to mention Tropico as a really fun game as well. I spent many many hours on it.
Recently I got Star Trek Elite Force 2 and it's outstanding!

All these should play ok on a 1Ghz G4 /32MB Video or higher, if properly 'tuned'.

He Neoart, have you realize that all the games you mentioned are the same genre? ;-) At least you are consistent!

I think we could add the Sims and SimCity (4) to the mix. Oh.. and Chess...

I totally did not like Civ II, at all. Civ I and Civ III, however, PURE CLASSICS. Didn't like II though.

Now I like Civ2 much better than Civ3. Much more fun in the gameplay.

I've got UT2004 on my 1.2 iBook and it works fine. Rise of Nations and Railroad Tycoon 3 should be good but I don't have them. Starcraft is, of course, a classic and should be in everyone's top 10.

BTW you know with the latest UT patch you don't need the CD in the drive anymore. That's a big power- and heat-saver on a laptop.

    Civ I was awesome
Civ II nah, I really never even played it
Civ III is great, it's a shame we didn't get the addons for mac
Civ IV this is what I'm really looking for but I have some doubts about the game, it seems like I'm gonna have to get a windows machine to play the game...
