Toshiba Develops Word's Smallest Fuel Cells

    Would be nice to know how long these things can go without a recharge. Could be perfect for the iPod as well as ibook/powerbooks. I hope apple is first out the gate with this technology...utilizing it I mean.

    That's very cool, quite innovative. Though I imagine that it will only be on a Toshiba product for a while. We can only hope that Apple R & D has a project like this.

    Announced just days before WWDC. Coincidence? I think not! ;) :D

    I wasn't aware that Word used fuel cells. I suppose smaller cells means less bloat ;)

    Can you recharge a fuel cell like this? I'm thinking that would be too difficult so it is probably a throw away.
