iPod Transferring Playlists between Libraries

Hi

I have two libraries on my Imac, one for a Ipod Touch and one for my original 40GB Ipod.
I want two transfer (import/export) playlists between the two libraries, but whenever I try the import or export function only the playlist title (no songs), transfer over.

Any suggestions ?
