I came across an idea I want to turn into reality. I need to find a usa based development firm that can do app programming for ios, android, blackberry a well as provide web site development. The app will incorporate a payment system. I think I'm looking in part for developers in scale of ebay app, paypal app, etc...
My question is, where can i find quality qualified companies? I'm familier with Odesk and such.
