Great! I was dreaming about such an app 2 days ago.. $15 is a lot, though.. gotta go try it out.

edit: come to think of it, if they made it searchable right within Tubesock I think I'd buy it within the next few months.

Just tried it out. Works very well as advertised. I do agree however that $15 is a lot for such a program. Maybe $9.99 would've been a better price. Ofcourse, nothing beats free! :)

Good to hear that he is working in including other video services as well. Although, seems a little unsure of the future if YouTube is not in away working with him (like DailyMotion.)

iSquint is a nice free alternative, and I think it works with a lot of different file formats...

There is a way around the $15 for this app..It was sent to me. I will not use the word in here since I believe it is frowned upon.

    certainly is frowned upon.

I don't really see the point in this - are youtube videos really that interesting that people want to save them to their iPods?

Well, I now have a video of my friend in MN crashing his motorcycle on my computer, so I can laugh at him without having to go on YouTube. If I had an iPod, I could bring it with me, and relive the good moments wherever I was.
