For those who have used it: I know it's a bit more expensive to use than the desktop version. But is there a way to input a coupon code if you have one?

No. Both federal filing ($29.99) and state ($36.99) require in-app purchase. If you do not need to file state income tax, the iPad version can be cheaper. Since the desktop version includes 1 state (state e-file costs $19.95 extra), it is still cheaper if you don't mind printing your state return.

Bummer. Guess I'll stick with the online version. The app was very well done, I wonder why they decided to make people choose based on price.
