Nothing there I would particularly want to watch, but if this is true, then hopefully more will follow

I agree, Battle Star Galactica doesn't appeal to me either, but it would be a start.

It definitely appeals to me! BSG would be great, but I wonder if Sky will have an input on what goes up... especially as they are only halfway through series 2 wereas the States are just about to finish - surely they woudn't allow NBC to put up the complete series before its finished on Sky?

About time! I hate it when we lag behind the US on things like this.

I'm not holding my breath... and you'd still be cheaper buying them on DVD if the current UK video pricing holds up.

i wuld love for british and american comedy to be made widely available in the uk....its something i really would love. even a subscription service....

the BBC is expanding its range now in terms of programme accessibility, but of course, tehre's the issue of the licence fee.

    :(

Well, it's not like they are asking you to type in your licence serial code in order to access the content; they just limit it to UK IP addresses which is fair enough. They are doing more across their websites, interactive TV to get people more opportunity to see what their licence fee is funding. It's far better value than the subscription I pay to SKY
