Tv tuner

I'm going to get a MacBook. My only question is about Tv Tuners. I want a Tv Tuner that is capable of taking the cable chord input. I'm not sure what its called but its the thing that you would from your satellite or cable box to the back of the Tv. If you know of any systems that can use that input for the macbook i'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for the help. I think i'll go with the Eyetv250.
