Two Mac Pro's (2006 and 2009)

My 2006 Mac Pro is the 2.66Ghz version, 13GB RAM, ATI 5770, 1TB HD. Still runs well and I was hoping to get $1300-1400 for it. Am I off base there? As I look on Ebay the selling prices are all over, but with the new card in it and RAM I should fetch a good price.

I've looked at Mac2Sell.net many times but the results it gives are always a few hundred more then I typically see on Ebay.

Thoughts?

EDIT: removed bit about 2009 MacPro, I'm gonna keep it I think.
