    Hi guys.

I currently have an itunes library of 8,500 songs at a total of 32GB. All of my music is in AAC, 128 kbps (I did this to save space for my 8GB nano).

I have two quick questions I hope can be answered easily enough:

    (1) I plan to buy an iPod touch whenever they get updated to 64GB. I am also thinking of getting Apple's new in-ear headphones. In a review I read about them the reviewer mentioned that low quality music sounds bad on them. Can anyone confirm this? Would I be wasting my money with only 128 kbps?

    (2) I have added lyrics to some songs and am thinking about doing it for my whole library. How much extra memory do lyrics take up? Would it be a considerable amount given that I have 8,500 songs?

    Thanks in advance,
    Kevzy.

    1. Really an individual preference and how good your ears are. Worst case, you re-rip your library. It is all legal, right?

    2. Lyrics take a negligible amount of space. Copy and paste away.

    Thanks for the fast reply.

Yep, I have most of it on CD. Will be using harmonic to get the lyrics. Just got lyrics for a whole album there and the size didn't increase at all!

Harmonic has worked great for me in adding lyrics, which take up very little space, since they're all text. Album art, if you add it yourself, can really increase a file's size.
