Tycoon games

Hi, can anyone recommend a good game for iPad along the Tycoon lines?
I love games where you build a business, buy & sell, making money etc. I've enjoyed playing Hotel Mogul, The Build-A-Lot series, but from them I still feel like I need a bit more.

I have recently got Air Tycoon II, but I don't really enjoy the way you play, the only way to move forward in time is to 'skip 2 months' before anything takes effect.

On PC, I love playing the Roller Coaster Tycoon series and games like the Sims.

If anyone can recommend anything, it would be much appreciated. Thanks

The Sims Free play is pretty lame but it might be fun for a little while.

There is a version of SimCity that kept me entertained for a while, but I haven't opened it in months..

SimCity hasn't been updated in a long time.

I'd watch out buying EA stuff.
