So...it's pretty easy to google something like NSString Class Reference and pull up the whole library reference guide to help learn more details.

However, as I try to learn more about the available methods/properties etc for something like UITableViewCell and several others, it is not so easy to just google it. Is there a known location for alot of this documentation?

Try the "Documentation" item in the help menu of XCode. It has the complete iPhone SDK reference.

thanks for the info! I tried that before, but came up blank, I didn't notice that the actual documentation was never loaded however!
