UK Apple TV : Does Apple TV Get shows before iTMS?

silly one this ,

browsed the Apple TV shows , did a search under P and Prison Break pop's up - so i buy it , season 3.
But if i go to iTunes Store back on my Mac it say's to be released in August ?

so what gives do us Apple TV folk get stuff earlier?

That s strange, i thought that apple tv ran off the same store as iTunes, maybe not. Are any other films like this, if not then maybe this is just a glitch
