Ultraportable Macbook/Macbook Pro?

When do you think one will be out? I feel there is a gap in the line where the 12" Powerbook used to be.

This has been discussed many times. If it comes out then it will come out when Apple says it will.

Try a search for what you're looking for. It's been discussed before. There are a lot of people that would love a smaller, lighter notebook, but there is no indication that one will or will not be released.

Your guess is as good as mine. Next week? Six-months from now?? Never???

Sorry for bringing up an old topic

THe threads I found seemed kind of dated, I just wanted a more up-to-date perspective.

13.3" is a nice size, but 12" would be nicer. I wouldn't even care if they left out the optical drive and the video card. I guess then I'm looking for an ultraportable macbook...but that might kill the macbook sales. kinda hard to tell

My bet is on tuesday as well!
