Anyone else having this issue? Was watching YouTube videos after updating and was unable to scroll through the videos. The only way I was able to move forward was using the 10 second jump. Anyone else experiencing this?

This was an intentional change in tvOS 9.2. Scrubbing only works when the video is paused. This was done to prevent accidental scrubbing when incidentally bushing the touchpad on the remote.

That's kinda annoying... But I guess I can see the need for it. I'm sure I'll get used to it.

It hasn't been a problem for me, but based on the comments I've seen this change has overwhelming support. Personally, I don't care either way. Didn't think it was a problem before, don't think it will be a problem now.

It's a shame they didn't state this on the update screen.

It a shame they didn't give us the option to choose which method we prefer. It was never a problem for me but, now it is very annoying having to hit pause first before scrubbing.

Really? Hitting pause first takes too much effort???
