    Didn't Steve say flat-out that they were accepting lower margins to push the nano's price down?

    I was at my local Apple Store yesterday. They sold several iPod Nano's while I was there. I was very impressed by the special bag that accompanies the nano.

    I bought a Nano for my wife on Friday at the SF Apple Store and it seemed like everyone in line was buying one (or two). And yes, the special bag is very cool... no need for gift-wrapping.

    True, BUT it's more fun if you put the gift nano in a bag from a medical supply store.

    ...which prooves that apples innovation for the ipod nano is primarily in design, not technology, as it uses its same old cheap tech.

    ya i bought the nano 15 minutes after it arrived at the palo alto store. we didn't get the super nano bags.
