after that can not download lion from internet recovery

because ask apple id !!!

if you purchase lion from apple store is ok !!!

if didn't buy lion from apple store, can not download lion !!!

It shouldn't be asking you for your AppleID. Should just search for your computer identifier on Apple's system and run the install for you.

after asking apple id say:

You must sign in with apple id that was used to purchase lion !!!

But in macbook air new 2011 no need to buy lion

Don't you register a new macbook air with your apple id after you buy it? I certainly did.

That should be the apple id the internet recovery is looking for.
