I upgraded my powermac from dual 867 to dual 1.8Ghz (Gigadesigns 7447A, 1.4Ghz guaranteed @ 1.8Ghz). Everything seems to be running ok, except photoshop opens, then after about 2 seconds, it crashes. I re-installed, and it crashed again. This is Photoshop CS2. I tried Photoshop Elements 2.0 (fresh install) and it did the same thing.

    Here is the crash report:

Any ideas? I'm gonna bump it down to 1.73Ghz and see what happens...although I dont see why it would make a difference.

One weird thing, if I lauch photoshop, then switch to another app, and just let photoshop sit in the background, it wont crash. but as soon I bring it to the front, it crashes.

Well, the system wouldnt boot @ 1.73Ghz, however, everything worked fine @ 1.63Ghz and 1.5Ghz. I assume this is a voltage issue. I emailed Gigadesigns, hopefully I'll get an answer back.
