iOS Uploading a photo to a server

hello,

I'm following a tutorial on a website to show me how to upload photos from iPhone to my server but in the tutorial it only shows how to upload it and then the file would be removed after 10 min.

what i want to know is:

1) how to change the photo name adding random number so there would be no duplicate name.

2) how to remove the deletion after 10 min.
