URL icon in Safari? Howto...

For all who are using Safari, I'm sure you notice the small icon in the url field to the left of the url, correct? Does anyone out there know how to configure them for websites? I've got my own site and I've noticed that there are a ton of pages that already have them.

Can anyone help me with the code for this or know where to find out?
