    Hi,
We've been left with about 1,000 faulty iBeat units and the company who supplies them (Design Annex) has taken the attitude that if they ignore me they won't have to deal with the issue.

After fighting for over 6 months now I'm looking for some serious action.

Does anyone know if the US has a regulating body that looks after these things. In Australia, the Office of Fair Trade would force a company to take back the faulty goods.

We've obviously got a decent amount invested in this stock and they have admitted that the batch we received was faulty.

There are government agencies that deal with such things. The problem is that there are state and federal agencies. take a look at ftc.gov

The idea is that that cable on the headphones will light up to the beat of the music you are listening to but the units I received have breaks through the light.

Thanks, submitted a complaint but I doubt it will get me anywhere. I can just hope that others can learn not to buy from them

No news, I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which appear to work as a type of middle-man in conflicts but all of these problems take a very long time to work through.
