US Supreme Court won't hear Moore's appeal

    i believe the correct end was achieved. assuming, of couse, this is in fact the end.

    It's the end of Moore's case, not the issue. He is going to try and move this in other states and force the SC to hear the case. I suppose he could also try to amend the constitution to declare the US a Judeo-Christian country. Right now, I will be glad of this victory for common sense and seperation of church and state.

    Moore is planning to try to make this a show trial when he goes in front of the court for ignoring the high court's order. I'm guessing this ends in Moore becoming either govenor or junior senator from Alabama.
