To get this one out of my Pie Colluseum and in true Canadian style, I'm starting a thread specifically for the redneck versus redcoat hullabuloo that's taken over so many discussions.

Winky will be standing by with a full load.;)

He he! Winky's firing blanks again! :D :D

American's are by and large ignorant of the rest of the world. How else would you come to the idea that you could beat us down, simply by posting such a thread as this? Do i need to post my favourite map of the world again, to illustrate my point?

    :p

    :( I don' like U guys anymore.

Hey... but wait a minute... I'm originally from Ypres (Ieper). We have a big bunch of British cemeteries over there (that are actually British Ground) (World War I, you know). And there are always many, many British tourists in Ypres (they get plastered rather easy - aren't used to Belgian Beer).

So can I play with you guys now?
    Pretty please?

Djee that would be nice. Especially kick Rivaldo and Ronaldo's a$$es please. Thank you...
    The bastards...

Self delusional if you ask me- America is your bastard upsart of a child and you still have gotten over the fact that we kicked your asses out of our country and rescued you twice in Europe.....:D

    There you go, d-man!

I'll agree that the majority of Americans are pretty clueless when it comes to Geography/World Events...but we're definitely not ignorant of the rest of the world, especialy after 9-11.

    britboy-
    A Canadian started this thread...you guys do need a beat down.:p ;)

Now now, that's not very nice :p
I'd like to see the US try and put on a perfectly planed, timed and executed event such as the Queen Mothers funeral, and more recently the Queens Jubliee, it really was outstanding! :D

You help our tourists to get drunk whilst they're out and about in foreign countries? Why sure! Why didn't you say so earlier? That practically makes you an honorary brit!

Now, help us to crush those breakaway upstarts :D

Sorry, but we don't do funerals for "royalty" anymore. That's sort of why the Brits got kicked out in the first place. :D

As for perfectly timed, planned, and executed events, I give the United States Military. Nobody does the 3am wake-up call any better. :p
