    How do I use Safari as Default Web Browser?

    It's driving me crazy!!

    I've saved a link to my desktop for my ebay homepage, so I can just click straight in, gone into info, and set it to open every time with Safari...

    But it still opens with cruddy old explorer!

    It even has the Safari icon on the link!!!

    Grrrrrr........

    Depending on your OS version you do this (this is for 10.4):

    1) Start Safari.
    2) Open Safari->Preferences
    3) On the General tab/pane the top item is Default Web Browser.

    Ha!! got it, thanks.

    I was sure I'd looked at that. Perhaps I only checked Explorer.

    It's pretty early afterall, here in the uk.

    Cheers buddy.
