I had multiple work accounts on my MacBook Pro and deleted all but the original Admin account in order to rebuild the accounts to specific department needs. When I deleted the accounts and restarted the machine, one of the user account pictures and login box remained on the login page. I've looked in the users folder and it only shows the Admin account. I've found other threads saying to unhide the hidden folders and delete certain files and folders, only they don't exist at any of the locations listed. I need help getting rid of this account so I can rebuild it. I've tried creating a new account with the same name, hoping to overwrite the files, but it didn't work. Help please.
