so im using handbrake snapshot on ipod hi rez and using the hd cables for a hd tv and the picture is jumpy like there are frames missing.. anybody have any idea why?

OK... so is it a bad thing to bump up the bit rate to 2500 using the ipod hi rez setting in handbrake snapshot 3? Just wondering if that could be my issue?
