    I wish I was making this up, but this is the actual cartoon... I mean, animated training video... the Pentagon and Dept. of Veterans Affairs created for docs at VA hospitals to help them understand and treat those troops coming back from Iraq and Afghanistan with post-deployment mental health issues.

    This video is just strange. I'm not sure what they were trying to accomplish. It seemed as though the video downplayed the significance of PTSD.
