Since owning the SwitchEasy canvas (bought from Amazon) the case is a good case, but the Velcro that is meant to hold the back to the case has never worked.
Is this a comon problem, I have tried emailing SwitchEasy twice but have had no replies yet at all (been a few weeks now)
What is the best way to exchange the case?
