Fair warning... this is a ridiculous noobie thread... My wife's iPhone 5 has been "acting up". I say this because she will, seemingly randomly, lose data on the thing. It will go from LTE to the little circle thing out of the blue. Also, the other day (and this has been happening more frequently apparently, but I was with her this time), with four bars of signal strength she could barely hear the person on the other line. By the way, the other line was a a landline, specifically the Mini dealership in Boston. We live in Boston, so I wouldn't expect this to be a cell tower issue. She has only had the phone about five months, prior to that it was an iPhone 4, and didn't have any problems like this (granted no LTE, but she was also never off of 3G either). I guess the reason I am posting this is I am not sure what to do. I feel like the Apple store will just say they can't reproduce the issue, so tough break. It doesn't happen ALL the time, but she says it is frequent enough hat it bothers her. Being that she isn't really a heavy data user NOR heavy on the minutes she uses per month, I tend to think this is a bigger problem than it should be. Anyway, not sure what I am looking for here, LOL. Maybe see if any other Boston VZW users have experienced similar? I guess I just don't want to waste my time at the Apple store and be told to go home.
