Verizon iPhone backup assistant??

I just got the iPhone 4 for verizon and I'm wondering if anyone knows if you can connect to verizon's backup assistant to add all my contacts for my previous phone...?

Yup, this one. Looks like it only works if you are transferring from a previous Verizon device, though.
