video streaming dreamweaver

Hello, Im having problems streaming video on my web site.

I can get the video on the site ok and the link works fine. The problem is that when you click on the link instead of streaming the video, the quicktime icon apears and the whole video is loaded before it starts to play.

I have tried everything to fix this, i have copied code from other sites and that still does the same. I can stream audio fine.

can anyone help?
