Virex 7.2

    Hello,
    I'm new to this great site.
    My Virex7.2 software prompts me to update when I turn on the computer.
    When I try to update , I get " eupdate cannot connect to the server " . Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Joe

    Are you running Mac OS X 10.4?

    If so you need Virex 7.7 as 7.2 isn't 10.4 compatable.

    In your preferences there's eUpdate server settings. In that there's an option for your username and password. DO NOT touch your username but DELETE the PASSWORD. We've had the same problems running Virex 7.7 and removing the eUpdate server password fixes it.
