Virtual PC come with Windows?

whats fastest of win2k with all eyecandy turned of and winxp with all eyecandy turned of, can someone check this out??

Unfortunately, this isn't 100% true. While almost all software installs properly, some peripherals do not. In particular, I have a USB IR interface made by Polar that just doesn't seem to work no matter what I try.

However, you are right that almost all software installs properly.
