Visiting Denmark - is there anything to do there?

Apologies for the slightly provocative title.
I'm off to visit my wonderful girl in Aarhus next week and we're looking for suggestions on things to do.

Any advice in where to eat, where to visit, where to shop or just "interesting" things to do is gratefully received.

I've been to København, Lousiana, Fyn (such as it is ) so they're all out.

Any suggestions?

Thanks - the problem is she is already in Aarhus. I'm going to her - we're not going there for a getaway break.
And Aarhus is a long way from Amsterdam
