Can someone point me in the direction of Vista instelation on a MacBook (non-pro)?

Also, is it worth it? I mean, will I be OK with it?

The MacBook should be able to handle Vista just fine. :)

Ok thanks guys, and I have one more question. I know I have to delete the 188 MB partition, but Is there a way to get it back, like backinging up the MBR? Or is there another way to fix the bootcamp-wont-work-now thing?
