You'd be more likely to get an Apple 2 button mouse.
I mean, a $500 Mac.
Um, an Apple keynote delivered by people other than Steve.

Not a chance in hell.

LOL.

Apple does usually have a grace period for machines bought close to the release date, but it usually doesn't extend a quarter (or more, depending on when we actually see a consumer release of Vista) back.

Why the hell would apple do this?? Leapord is not behind schedule and they're not going to offer ppl who aren't patient enough to wait for it a free upgrade.

It's to entice people into buying computers since most people are like, "Vista? Never going to happen! I can keep my computer till 2010 and Vista still won't be out!" And also because - it says that people are waiting till the first quarter of 2007 to buy a laptop with Vista already installed - but once they find out how not-so-great it is, sales will drop. So they want people to buy the computer now before it's too late.

What's the minimum systen req. for Vista? My two year old PC is probably too old for it by now, lol.

I actually have no ill-feelings towards Microsoft.
