Volume of sales

I wonder if there is any way to find out the number of Powerbooks that have sold since the announcement. I guess you would have to be internal to Apple to find that out, but I don't think they would mind giving the information out.

It would be interesting to see how many units they have sold in 3-4 days.

I don't have numbers, but the 15" is now the number one seller at the apple store so I'm sure it's a lot.
